Amongst others, we have been advising creditors on initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process and debtors on preparing the defence against insolvency proceedings. The firm has been representing clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on a regular basis. We possess the required expertise in assisting resolution professionals and committee of creditors in structuring and evaluating resolution plans. We have been advising and appearing on behalf of the successful resolution applicants and assisting them before the adjudicating authority as also in implementation of the plan. The firm has also represented clients in defending applications filed alleging fraudulent transactions as also applications seeking avoidance of transactions.

Apart from corporate entities, we have been advising and representing individual guarantors to corporate debtors in individual bankruptcy proceedings. We are equipped to assist individual guarantors to corporate debtors in structuring their debt.
